The risk you're carrying

Most small firms don't have a plan that works. Reality doesn't grade on a curve.

  • The "plan" is a binder no one has opened. A generic template downloaded years ago won't survive a real disruption — or an examiner's questions.
  • Everything runs through one office and a few people. Lose access for two weeks and revenue, client trust, and records are all at risk at once.
  • The obligation is already yours. If you're regulated, a current, tested continuity plan isn't optional — and "we'll figure it out" isn't an answer.
  • You don't have time to build one from scratch. So it never gets done — until something forces it.

Who we serve

Built for the firms that can't afford to go dark.

Small, owner-led practices where a few days offline puts the whole business at risk — and where the plan has to satisfy more than your own peace of mind.

Regulated

Investment advisers & broker-dealers

A written, annually reviewed continuity plan is required under FINRA Rule 4370 — and expected of advisers under SEC and NASAA rules. We build one that's tailored to your firm and holds up under examination.

About Carver Group International

Enterprise rigor. Built for small firms.

Carver Group International is led by Joseph C. Carver, CBCP, CFPS — a business continuity and risk professional with more than 25 years spent building enterprise resilience programs for some of the world's largest insurers and the multinational clients they protect.

Across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and transportation, he has designed business impact analyses, crisis-management frameworks, and disaster-recovery strategies — and advised C-suites and boards on keeping critical operations running through pandemics, cyberattacks, and natural disasters. He holds the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) designations and is an active member of DRI International, the Association of Continuity Professionals, and the Business Continuity Institute.

He founded Carver Group International on a simple conviction: the same rigor that protects billion-dollar enterprises should be within reach of the small firms that need it just as badly — delivered plainly, at a fixed fee, without the enterprise price tag.

"For twenty-five years I built continuity programs for global companies. Carver Group exists to give small firms the same protection — clear enough to use, and strong enough to stand up when it matters."
